KINGWOOD Co 5 - 12/2/25 - 4:50pm DESCRIPTION: Structure Fire LOCATION: Springhill Drive, Kingwood Kingwood VFD, along with Company 12 Tunnelton and Company 1 Albright, responded to a structure fire. Company 2 Aurora was subsequently added to provide air supply. Engine 56, Engine 55, Chase 5, and Squad 5 arrived on scene with crews. Engine 56's crew promptly initiated fire suppression efforts in the basement. Company 1 established a water supply upon arrival. Kingwood firefighters rapidly brought the fire under control within minutes after arrival. Crews from all departments collaborated to inspect for extension, ventilate, and overhaul the basement area. Operations lasted approximately three hours. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Appreciation is extended to KAMP Ambulance for standing by and Kingwood PD for securing the supply line.
