| This evening, Kingwood firefighters had a productive night. They were joined by Forester Mike Reese from the West Virginia Division of Forestry, who presented a Stihl chainsaw to the team. Ten firefighters had previously attended a wildland fire class on April 19th. During the evening, Chief Rouzee presented the firefighters with four new Stihl backpack blowers, which will significantly enhance their brush fire capabilities. The blowers were obtained through a grant provided by the West Virginia Division of Forestry. Additionally, the Kingwood Volunteer Firefighters received pizzas courtesy of Kingwood Fox’s Pizza.
