| We’d like to thank everyone who helped us today. It was a long day for us, as we also responded to an MVC during this call and just returned to service when dispatched as auto-aid for a structure fire in Terra Alta. All of our crews who were at the pellet plant fire didn’t hesitate to respond after already 13 hours on a scene. At the end of the day, our crews were out for nearly 17 hours straight then had an additional 1-2 hours of clean up/restock of the trucks once at station.
We made a run to the gas station for snacks in the early morning and a very kind person told us she’d like to pay for it. We appreciate you very much, it was the first food all of us had night. KAMP Ambulance thank you for providing us some afternoon snacks as well. And thank you to the two ladies who brought our guys some breakfast sandwiches later in the morning. We appreciate every one of you who has supported us or helped us out in one way or another, not just today but every day. |
